Teradek Ace 500 HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter

With the Teradek Ace 500 HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter you’ll transmit visually lossless, uncompressed 1080p60 signals to one or more Ace 500 receivers with <1 ms latency up to a 500′ line of sight. The Ace 500 is compatible with existing Bolt systems such as the Bolt 500, XT, and LT, as well as SmallHD monitors with integrated Bolt receivers.

The Ace 500 features an HDMI type A input, and a standard HDMI cable is included so you can plug in right out of the box. Power is provided using the included DC barrel to D-Tap power cable for use with a separately available battery or DC power source, or a separately available Sony L-Series, BP-U, BP-9, or Canon LP-E6 battery mount can be purchased. The transmitter unit can be secured to a mount or stand via built-in 1/4″-20 or 4-40 holes.

The transmitter can send the video signal simultaneously to up to four receivers. It features built-in AES-128 encryption that protects your video from prying eyes while your signal stays clean when working within the 5 GHz frequency spectrum. A mini-USB cable is included for upgrading the unit’s firmware.

SmallHD FOCUS 7 Daylight-Viewable 7″ Monitor with Bolt 500 Receiver

The SmallHD FOCUS 7 On-Camera Monitor with Bolt 500 Receiver integrates Teradek’s Bolt 500 wireless receiver with the FOCUS 7 daylight-viewable on-camera monitor. Using the built-in receiver, the FOCUS 7 can receive up to 1080p60 video from Teradek’s Bolt 500, Bolt 500 LT or Bolt 500 XT transmitters, or from a SmallHD’s FOCUS Bolt 500 TX, with a line-of-sight transmission distance of up to 500′.

The included rubberized handgrips and neck strap enable you to comfortably carry the combo unit around the set. An L-series type battery kit, cable clips, matte and glossy screen protectors, and cleaning cloth are also included. Designed with professional monitoring tools, the SmallHD FOCUS 7″ On-Camera Monitor is bright, lightweight, and features a sharp 323 ppi display. The 1000 cd/m² bright touchscreen 1920 x 1200 IPS LCD panel is daylight-viewable and supports up to UHD 4K video via its micro-HDMI input. Using the intuitive Swipe OS, you can turn on and save pages of various monitoring tools and focusing aids with a tap.

At the rear of the monitor, a dual NP-F battery bay enables you to hot-swap L-series batteries with only one required to power the unit. A 3.5mm barrel DC output can power select cameras with a separately available DC coupler, enabling you to extend your DSLR or mirrorless camera’s runtime. A tilt arm is included for mounting the monitor via your camera’s accessory shoe or on a 1/4″-20 screw.
